Our Story

In Full Color Ministries began through a friendship rooted in faith, humility, and a shared vision for sustainable ministry. After years of traveling to Kisumu, Kenya for work, Shea was deeply impacted by the joy and steadfast faith of local Christians who had very little materially yet radiated hope in Christ. After coming to faith in 2014, he connected with Pastor Jackson Kepue while seeking a church in Kisumu, beginning a brotherhood that would shape the ministry’s mission for years to come.

During the COVID pandemic, grassroots fundraising efforts first helped provide food for struggling families in the Kisumu slums. But the vision quickly grew beyond meeting immediate needs alone. Together, Shea and Jackson began investing in sustainable opportunities — including a cattle business that created jobs and financial stability for the church and surrounding community. What started as simple support became a larger vision: we can help local churches build lasting, self-sustaining ministry using the gifts and resources God has already placed within them.

To see local churches, families, and communities strengthened through the truth of God’s Word and transformed by the Gospel of Christ through sustainable opportunities that honor the dignity, stewardship, and God-given gifts already present within their communities rather than fostering long-term dependence.
